RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. General

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through https://nayyir.net.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms set out below.


2. No-Return Policy for Hygiene & Limited Items

Due to hygiene, safety, and luxury product standards, the following items are NOT eligible for return or exchange, unless proven to be defective upon delivery:

  • Jewelry

  • Shoes

  • Limited-edition or exclusive bags

  • Any item that has been worn, used, or altered

These items are non-returnable once delivered, as they cannot be resold for hygiene and quality reasons.


3. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Order number

  • Clear photos or videos showing the defect

  • Description of the issue

All defect claims are subject to inspection and approval.


4. Resolution for Approved Defects

If a defect is confirmed, NAYYIR will, at its discretion:

  • Replace the item (subject to availability), or

  • Issue a refund to the original payment method

Shipping fees are refunded only if the item is confirmed defective.


5. Non-Defective Items

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind

  • Size, color, or design preference

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities


6. Sale & Discounted Items

Items purchased during sales, promotions, or with discount codes are final sale and non-refundable, unless defective.


7. International Orders

For international shipments:

  • Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees

  • NAYYIR is not responsible for delays caused by customs or border authorities

  • Returns due to customs refusal are not eligible for refund


8. Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped.
