Refund
It can take up to two weeks for us to receive and process your return.
Yes, you will receive a full refund for the product, excluding any shipping fees.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Delivery
Delivery within Qatar usually takes 2-5 business days.
We currently do not offer scheduled delivery, but our couriers will contact you before delivery.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping & Returns
You can return items within 14 days of receiving them, provided they are unused and in original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective.

Payment
Currently, we only ship within Qatar but plan to expand internationally soon.
Shipping fees vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout.
